Children are grouped by functioning abilities and receive individualized interventions, including ABA/behavior therapy, DIR/Floortime, Speech/Language, Occupational, Sensory Integration, Relational/Social, Pragmatics, School Readiness, Cognitive Support. The Gifted Group focuses on critical and creative thinking utilizing discovery learning techniques. Groups are kept small, and each child has an individualized program plan that delineates specific goals.

A Pre-Teen Social Club meets once a week during the summer. This is a group for typically developing pre-teens and focuses on developing self-esteem, self-awareness, and group/leadership skills through fun, interactive activities.

Our Year-Round Programs Include:

Small Group Program serves pre-school aged children with mild developmental delays. This program offers all therapies integrated into an environment that mimics a school setting, Children are placed in a group based on similar functioning abilities. The average adult/child ratio is 2:1, with each child receiving one-to-one attention daily. Each child's progress is facilitated using a customized Individual Growth Plan targeting specific goals for each individual child. These groups are designed to support those children who aren't quite ready yet to function independently in a typical setting, but whose special needs aren't as severe as to warrant a more clinical setting. Our small group program runs daily for 3 to 3.5 hour sessions.

Our Individual Program serves children of all ages with varying needs on a one-to-one basis. Parents and facilitators determine together which evaluations and interventions are needed, agree on a customized program of service and establish a flexible schedule which may include home-site services for particular therapies.

Our Enrichment Program serves typically developing, academically bright or gifted children by providing individual or small group enrichment support. This program is supervised by a certified teacher holding a Master's Degree in Gifted Education and over 10 years experience in the field. This program emphasizes motivating activities leading to challenging cognitive growth, problem solving, academic support across subjects, development of self-esteem and social skills, as well as critical and creative thinking skills.
